Max Recruit Labs collects only the personal information necessary to provide and operate the Platform. We do not harvest, analyze, or profile your data for any purpose beyond the essential operation of the service.

Information you provide — such as your name, email address, athletic statistics, and photographs — is stored in our database solely to enable core platform functionality, including account authentication, profile display, and messaging. We do not process this information for any secondary purpose.

We do not:

• Track your behavior or activity
• Install tracking pixels or advertising cookies
• Collect data on what you do outside this app
• Build profiles on you for any purpose
• Use your data for marketing or advertising
• Sell, rent, or share your data with anyone

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for exactly one purpose: running the platform. Specifically:

• Creating and managing your account so you can log in
• Displaying your athlete or program profile to coaches and recruiters on the platform
• Enabling messaging between platform members
• Processing your subscription payment through Stripe
• Sending you platform updates or account notifications

The foregoing constitutes the complete list of purposes for which your information is used. We do not analyze your data to build behavioral profiles, use it for marketing, or process it through algorithms for advertising purposes.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data. Period.

Max Recruit Labs does not sell your personal information to any third party. Your information is used exclusively to operate the Platform and is not commercialized or licensed to external parties.

The only time your information is ever seen by a third party is:

• Stripe — our payment processor handles billing. They operate under their own strict privacy standards. We never see or store your full card details.
• Legal compliance — where disclosure is required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable law. We will seek to limit the scope of any such disclosure to the extent permitted.

These are the only circumstances under which your information may be disclosed to a third party. We do not share data with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics providers.

4. Your Public Profile

When you create an athlete or program profile, the information you provide — including your name, statistics, photographs, videos, and contact information — is displayed publicly so that coaches, recruiters, and brand partners may discover and contact you. You retain control over the content of your profile and should not publish information you do not wish to be publicly accessible.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored securely with encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. We take security seriously and only authorized team members can access platform data, and only when necessary to operate or fix the service.

6. Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings section of the app. We will remove your data within 30 days of your request.

7. Children's Privacy

Some of our athletes may be minors. We take this seriously. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have data on a child under 13, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and registered users will be notified through the Platform. Our fundamental commitments regarding data collection, use, and protection will remain consistent with the principles set forth herein.
